Shipping Policy

Delivery services for our lunch and food-storage range depend on the destination entered at checkout. Before payment, that screen identifies available shipping rates, any eligible free-shipping promotion, and service limitations.

Before a parcel travels

We usually prepare an authorized order in 1–2 business days. Carrier travel is then estimated at 4–6 business days after dispatch, separately from preparation. These windows are estimates rather than a guaranteed delivery appointment; holidays, weekends, or disruption can affect them.

Keeping delivery details accurate

Enter a complete address and current email and telephone number so order and tracking updates can reach you. Tracking is sent when supported by the selected carrier. Not every route or service is available for every destination.

When something goes wrong

A delayed or missing shipment, apparent transit damage, or a delivered scan without a parcel should be reported to wejoqenu877@gmail.com. Supply the order number, checkout email, available tracking reference, and relevant package images. Carrier research may be needed before the matter is resolved.
