Which items are sold here?

You can browse children's and adults' lunch boxes, insulated bags, bottles, reusable food containers, meal-prep sets, and useful accessories.

When should an order arrive?

Allow roughly 1–2 business days for processing after payment authorization, then an estimated 4–6 business days in carrier transit after dispatch. These are not a delivery guarantee. Shipping fees and any free-shipping eligibility are shown at checkout; the Shipping Policy has more detail.

What if I picked the wrong style?

A change of mind or wrong selection may be returned when the new item is unused and remains in its original condition, including its packaging and parts. We also consider defective merchandise and exchange requests. Ask within 30 days following delivery, secure approval, and then mail the item as directed. Exchanges depend on stock.

Is a return label supplied?

Yes. A free prepaid label is enclosed with the package for an eligible approved mail return. Contact us if the label cannot be found. There is no restocking fee. The Refund Policy explains the whole process.

What if my parcel has a fault or the wrong goods?

Through Contact Us, share the order number, checkout email, account of the problem, and photos or video of the merchandise and packaging. This also applies to missing components or significant description differences.

How soon is a refund issued?

We process and initiate an approved original-method refund within 10 days; your bank may post it later.

Where are payment, tracking, privacy, and full policies explained?

The USD checkout lists available cards. Tracking is shared when available from the carrier. See the Privacy Policy for cookies, measurement, and choices. Every full policy is linked in the footer, while Contact Us is the support route.
